Marc Spector aka Moon Knight was born in a Jewish family. His family faced a lot of discrimination. They managed to escape from Nazi Prostitution and went to Chicago. Marc had a personality disorder because of which we see his two identities. Steven Grant & Jake Lockley.

Marc also worked with CIA for a while. He then left that job and became a freenlance fighter. All these profession helped him to learn planning, execution, spying and a lot. He started doing some small missions with his friend Frenchie. Marc and his friend was hired for a mission by Bushman. They went to search for an ancient Egyptian Tomb. It was expected that the tomb has a lot of treasure inside. Bushman killed the lead archeologist. It led to a fight between him and Marc. Marc was badly injured. He was taken to the temple of ancient god “Khonshu” by the locals. Marc had a vision of Khonshu in his mind. His soul was taking to Khonshu. Khonshu gave him two choices. He asked Marc to either die or help him fight crime. This led to the birth of Marc Spector’s third identity “Moon Knight”.
